Through a door with Spanish wrought iron and the typical Mediterranean stone wall, a staircase leads you into the paradise that is Casa Campoverde;

• You first pass the outdoor area ; on the right is a large open terrace with a spacious swimming pool. A small staircase leads all the way to the right to a slightly higher sun terrace with sunbeds and a view of the swimming pool and the house. There is enough space around the swimming pool to enjoy the sun, and for those who prefer shade there are three large parasols. Of course, the swimming pool is equipped with a comfortable outdoor shower.

• From the sun terrace, another small staircase leads to a slightly higher level, with a nice aperitif corner on the left and the large gas barbecue. On the right side there is the covered terrace . Here the meals are enjoyed in the dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs. On this covered terrace is also the washing machine.

The house is accessible via the covered terrace:

• The combined living room with open kitchen looks airy and elegant with the beautiful sand colours. There is a comfortable sofa and television, and between the kitchen and living room there is a cozy bar with two wooden bar stools. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, combi oven/microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle. There is also no lack of beautiful household goods, so you can enjoy delicious meals in Casa Campoverde. The living room has its own air conditioning unit, making it comfortable all year round.

• To the left of the kitchen is the sleeping area . The master bedroom opens onto the covered terrace and has a double bed. The second room has two single beds. Both rooms have a comfortable wardrobe, can be darkened by means of roller shutters and/or black-out curtains and have an individual air conditioning unit. Between both bedrooms is the bathroom with shower and natural light.

From the terraces at the front of the house, two staircases lead up to the left and right of the house. You can walk all the way around the house and enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden. Along the staircase on the left side of the house, you arrive at a thatched pergola with a large seating area. This is a lovely spot to comfortably enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains, sheltered from the sun's rays.

Outdoor living: there is a lot to discover within a short distance of Casa Campoverde;

The beautiful bays of Benissa are stunning; Cala Fustera and Cala Baladrar are probably the best known with their trendy restaurants on the water, but along the entire coast you will find beautiful beaches. The so-called 'Paseo Ecologico' is a landscaped footpath that starts in Cala Advocat and ends in the picturesque marina of Bassetes, on the border with Calpe, along the various bays of Benissa.

The nearby village of Benissa is an authentic Spanish village, full of charming streets, atmospheric bars and restaurants and definitely worth a visit. The well-known coastal village of Moraira is also a very short distance from Casa Campoverde and offers plenty of entertainment and fun with beaches, marina, restaurants, bars and shops galore.
